Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3-6 months. Please minimize freeze-thaw cycles and use a manual defrost freezer.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile water at a concentration of greater than 100 µg/mL. In some experiments, it recommends to add 10 mM HCl when reconstitute lyophilized protein.
