Fumarylation

Introduction

Lysine fumarylation (Kfu) is a recently identified PTM first characterized in Escherichia coli. The fumaryl group is installed onto lysine residues by SpeG and removed by CobB. Derived from fumarate, a key metabolite of the TCA cycle, Kfu participates in cellular stress adaptation, including temperature and oxidative stress responses.

Products Solutions

Our Kfu products include pan‑fumaryllysine antibodies, a MultiPTM Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody Mix, and fumaryllysine‑specific agarose beads, providing flexible tools for Kfu modification detection and enrichment.

  • Multiple monoclonal antibodies mix for enhanced Kfu recognition
  • Kfu‑specific detection
  • Targeted Kfu enrichment
