UcallM® RNA Immunoprecipitation Kit

UcallM® RNA Immunoprecipitation Kit is built upon RIP (RNA Immunoprecipitation) technology for studying RNA-protein interactions inside cells. Target RNA-protein complexes are immunocaptured by protein-specific antibodies; bound RNA is purified and subjected to downstream RIP-qPCR, RIP-Chip or RIP-seq. RIP-seq enables transcriptome-wide identification of RNA targets bound by given RNA-binding proteins and permits multi-sample differential analysis.
